Overview

• In 2009, the farmers’ organisation FTAK and its partner Elements decided to build a processing centre for fair trade and organic coconut products.
• The main challenge was to meet the high quality standards of the export markets and at the same time contain production and logistics costs in order to obtain a marketable product.
